My voucher is about to expire. What can I do? If your massage voucher is about to expire and you do not want to lose it, email Rocio’s Healing Touch at firstname.lastname@example.org before the massage voucher expires.
In your email, please include the following:
- The voucher number (The voucher number usually starts with the letters FL)
- The expiration date
- The appointment date
We will redeem the voucher before the expiration date and add its value to your account in our system. Then we will schedule an appointment for the desired day and time. In this manner, we can make sure that your payment is accepted and it is added to the system for your schedule your appointment.
Please note that since we do not directly deal with Groupon, expired vouchers are not paid to us. Therefore, if the voucher has expired, we do not get pay.
